Craftsman denim brand graphzero (graph zero) of Kurashiki, Kojima

The Kojima area in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture is the birthplace of domestic jeans and one of the world's leading jeans production areas. Graph Zero, established in the spring of 2004 in this area, is an up-and-coming denim brand that is attracting attention for its original jeans that have undergone manual dyeing and color fading processing, which are not profitable for major brands.

This graphzero denim jacket is made from "grey denim" woven on an old-fashioned power loom, giving it a vintage feel.

We use graphzero's original 16oz selvedge denim fabric, which is not only dyed from cotton, but also has been carefully selected for the fine settings of the loom.

The design source is the 1940s "Great War model". Retaining the earthiness after World War II, it expresses a silhouette that is irresistible for vintage lovers. The thickness and tension of the thread at each point are also meticulously sewn.

The silhouette has a slightly loose size that is conscious of vintage denim jackets.

Graphzero's original selvedge denim, slowly woven with low tension, has two lines of orange selvedge.

The woven structure that alternately repeats the rope dyeing of the right twill weave and plain weave with hickory back is attractive.
Due to the unevenness of the surface, the color fading is different between twill and flat, creating a unique contrast.
