RE.ACT leather wallets/leather accessories

"RE.ACT LEATHER WORKS" is a brand created by designer Mitsutoshi Nakayama. The brand does not have a specific theme, but instead offers a wide range of products with free and natural designs that can be enjoyed with different moods and situations, focusing on leather items such as leather wallets, leather accessories, and bags.

After working in planning and sales at an apparel brand, Mitsutoshi Nakayama went independent and launched "RE.ACT LEATHER WORKS." The brand name "RE.ACT" means "to react to stimuli," and was chosen because he wanted to reflect the stimuli he has received from travel, vintage items such as used clothing, and culture in his manufacturing.

The "RE.ACT" leather items use "indigo-dyed leather," made from domestically produced full-tanned tanned leather (a type of leather that has been processed to make it easier to dye) dyed with natural Yamato indigo. The "Re-ACT" series uses high-quality leathers, both carefully selected from both Japan and overseas, such as Chromexcel leather from a long-established American company, artistic shoulder leather from Italy with a waxed silver surface, and domestic pigskin suede.

At our factory in Japan, founded in 1974, we use the manufacturing methods, know-how, and craftsmanship spirit we have accumulated since our founding to produce leather items that can be used for a long time.
