Shipping method
We will ship to North America (USA and Canada) using DHL, and to other countries using Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping costs are determined by the destination and the weight of the package. Please see here for the EMS price list.

How to order
- On the product page, select the color, size, quantity, etc., and click "ADD TO CART." If you want to order additional items, click "Continue Shopping" and proceed to that page.
- Once you have selected your items and checked your cart, proceed to checkout.
- Please enter your name, email address, and other required information.
- Please confirm the information you entered and click the "Proceed to shipping procedure" button.
- Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the item (including packaging materials) and the destination. Click the "Proceed to payment" button.
- Select your payment method, enter the required details, then click the "Pay Now" button.
- Please double-check your email address and address and click the "Complete Order" button. Your order will then be sent to craftcafe.
About customs duties
Sales prices do not include import taxes, VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, etc.
If import taxes, VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, etc. are incurred depending on the destination country or region, please make payment.

Please note that from August 29, 2025, the duty-free treatment for shipments under $800 will be abolished, and you will be required to pay customs duties when receiving your shipment.

Regarding returns (for customer reasons)
We will accept returns within one week of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and comes with all accessories, including the box.
For semi-custom orders such as engraving, made-to-order products, and products that state "No returns" on the product page, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun or returns once the product has arrived.
The refundable amount is the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please check the return conditions and send us an email with your request to return the item. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
After receiving the returned item, we will check the condition of the item and, if there are no problems, we will refund the amount you paid, excluding shipping costs.
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the charge for the product price excluding the shipping fee.
If you paid with PayPal, we will refund the product price excluding shipping costs to your account.
Declaration of product price
For international shipping, you must declare the product price. Under-declaring the price is subject to penalties, so we cannot accommodate requests to under-declare the price.
In addition, the products are shipped overseas as "sales items." Shipping "sales items" as "gifts" or "product samples" is subject to penalties.
