This user's guide summarizes information for customers to use our shop with peace of mind, such as company profile, payment method, shipping, and return policy.

  • Free shipping for purchases of 3,980 yen or more including tax (limited to delivery within Japan and the delivery method specified by our store)

About delivery date
  • Many of our products are made to order, so please check the product page for the delivery date.
  • Items that are in stock at our store will be shipped on the same day if ordered before 15:00, and will be shipped on the next business day after 15:00.
  • The delivery date of the ordered product may change depending on the order status and the event participation of the producer.

About returns and cancellations

  • Semi-order orders such as engraving, some products that are made-to-order (rings, clothing, etc. with many sizes and colors to choose from), and products with a description of "non-returnable" on the product page will not be produced. We cannot accept cancellations after shipment or returns after arrival.
About size exchange

  • For the first size exchange, the cost of returning the product to our store will be borne by the customer (return with prepayment), and the shipping fee will be borne by our store for re-shipment.
  • After the second size exchange, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for a size is sold out, we will issue a refund.
  • In the case of size corrections or exchanges of made-to-order products, it may take time to re-produce.
  • Made-to-order rings that you can choose from many sizes will be resized if the size does not fit. If you are unsure about the size, please use the ring gauge free rental service .

For customers who do not receive emails from our store

For customers using mobile phones, smartphones, or free emails, please confirm and request before contacting us that you have not received an email from our store.

We will respond to orders and e-mail inquiries within 1-2 business days (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays).
