Minamide Meriyasu, founded in 1953, is based on the spirit and technology of Senshu, which "supports people's lives by being close to threads and fabrics." From material selection to design, cutting, knitting, sewing, and finishing, all processes are carried out in-house, creating clothes that are loved across generations.

The "NARU" in the brand name comes from the kanji character "成" (naru). The word "成" has the meaning of "things naturally achieving" and "creating connections."
