Tochigi Leather Original Leather Brand “ANNAK” “ANNAK” is an original leather brand produced by Mitake Sangyo, a long-established factory located in Motoasakusa, Tokyo, which is home to many small factories producing leather products and metal processing. With the theme of "Standard 100 years from now," we pursue manufacturing that focuses on hand-sewing, hand-dying, hand-polishing, and handwork, and release products that allow you to enjoy the essence of leather. 100% produced domestically by a group of artisans who love leather.
Mitake Sangyo was founded in 1925 and initially made smoking pipes, but after the war, in response to changes in lifestyle, the company shifted to producing leather belts and other products. In 2000, we launched a brand called ``Kanna'', and in 2004 we changed the brand name to ``ANNAK'', which is ``KANNA'' read upside down. A plane is an indispensable tool for advanced techniques such as finishing men's dress belts. The brand name reflects the craftsmanship that has been passed down.
Leather items with a unique presence that have been subjected to ANNAK's original washing process overcome the disadvantage of hardening of the leather after washing with a unique oil formulation. Furthermore, hand work is added to achieve a vintage feel and softness. Leather items with a trendy feel can be matched with a wide range of styles, and have a high quality feel that can be coordinated with business style.
