Hasegawa Shoten is a textile manufacturer based in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, that has been purchasing silk and other natural fibers directly from around the world, turning them into yarn and fabric, and supplying the world's top brands since it was founded in 1966. Since 2007, they have introduced knitting machines, twisting machines, and seamless, three-dimensional whole garment knitting machines, and have been manufacturing products in an integrated system using their own silk yarns.

Silk is the thinnest of all natural fibers and is made from proteins containing amino acids, making it excellent at absorbing and releasing moisture, deodorizing, retaining moisture, blocking UV rays, and is also hypoallergenic. Hasegawa Shoten offers a wide range of items, including neck covers, arm covers, socks, and underwear, using natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and washi paper, as well as their own silk thread.
