SAIFUKU is produced by Saifuku, a knitwear manufacturer that has been crafting products in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture, since 1963. Gosen City, blessed with abundant, high-quality water, flourished as a silk weaving center from the mid-Edo period and developed into a major knitwear industry hub after the war. With the company name as its brand, Saifuku continues to refine its knitwear manufacturing techniques and ideas, leveraging the expertise passed down through generations in the region.

The "226" (Tsutsumu) series, with the concept "Wrap people and their lives in knits for a comfortable and humorous everyday," is a collection of knit items that joyfully wrap not only the body but also everyday objects.

The collection features knit items with clever designs, such as the "visible haramaki" (belly band) that offers a layered look, spray covers that stylishly wrap strongly designed spray bottles, wrist warmers that peek out from sleeves to add a pop of color, and knit detachable collars that warmly wrap the neck.

It has a structure where a haramaki and a skirt are combined.
The entire stomach area uses highly stretchable yarn for plenty of elasticity. It gently embraces the stomach with a comfortable, not-too-tight fit.

By being supported by the stomach, it achieves a "barely-there" wearing comfort.

This item is intended for spring and summer use and does not include a petticoat. To compensate, even the lightest color, "Light Gray," is made opaque by knitting thin stretch yarn throughout, reducing gaps in the fabric. It features sophisticated color schemes.

Its high waist provides a slimming effect, making it a versatile item that works well with both casual and elegant styles.

Easily fits waists up to approximately 85cm, adapting to any stomach.

For spring/summer, the haramaki portion is set at a slightly shorter length of 12cm than usual.

There is no transparency, but the linen material ensures excellent breathability.

A subtle pattern is applied at the hem using garter stitch.
This is both a design element and a knitting technique to stabilize the skirt's hem.

The material is linen polyester. Washing is easy: simply put it in a net, machine wash, reshape, and air dry.

The abdominal area is very stretchy, but sudden force may cause the stretch yarn to break. Please be careful not to step on it vigorously with your foot. Please wear it by pulling it over your head or sitting in a chair to put it on in a stable position.

This product can be washed at home. Please use a laundry net when washing. Due to the nature of the material, it may shrink slightly. After washing, reshape and hang to dry.

Please avoid tumble drying at home.

If pilling occurs, do not forcibly pull it off; instead, cut it with scissors or a lint remover to avoid damaging the knit fabric.

When ironing, please use a pressing cloth.
