Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten was founded in 1716, the first year of Kyoho, in Nara Prefecture as a wholesale dealer of "Nara Sarashi," a high-quality hemp textile. Created by focusing on the functionality of kaya (mosquito net) fabric, a special product of Nara, these dishcloths boast excellent absorbency and quick-drying properties.
