Straight Jeans One Wash [GZ-16ST-01-BT-HHB]
A solid and sturdy original 16oz denim series from graphzero, a craftsman denim brand from Kojima, Kurashiki.
It is a "grey denim" woven with an old-fashioned vintage power loom at a sewing factory in Kojima, which is said to have top-class technology.
This "needle-free herringbone" is a denim fabric that is unique to Graph Zero and is woven in a twill weave that alternates between the left and right while removing the herringbone warp at 1 cm intervals. |

The fabric is "needle-free herringbone". The upper part of the square indicates the outer fabric, and the lower part indicates the lining fabric.

In order to reproduce authentic vintage jeans, we follow the same production methods as when the jeans were born: preshrunk, anti-kinking, and non-singeing.
Common jeans are around 13 to 14 ounces of fabric, but this model uses thick and sturdy 16 ounces of original denim fabric. This heavy fabric is sewn with thick cotton thread (#0 and #6, colors are yellow and orange) to create a model with a strong and rustic craft feel.

The button is an original button made of iron and copper with an original engraving.
The back pocket has a hidden clasp and hidden rivets similar to vintage jeans.

Selvage denim is a denim fabric woven using an old-fashioned loom, and is characterized by the formation of parts called "selvedge" or "ears" on both ends of the fabric.
All sewing threads are cotton threads. There are two colors of thread, yellow and orange, and you can enjoy aging like denim. In addition, we have devised ways to finely use different counts of sewing threads, such as using thicker count threads in areas where load is applied. |
