After checking the approximate size in the size chart above, please email us the three sizes you are interested in. We will send you a ring gauge of the desired size, so you can actually check the size that fits your finger.

Also, the size may be different between morning and evening due to swelling of the fingers. We recommend that you measure your size twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

■ About returning ring gauges
When we send you the ring gauge, we will enclose a stamp, so please affix the stamp and return it within one week.

Regarding ring resizing after delivery, the first exchange will be free of charge. For subsequent size adjustments, please contact us.

Please note that the shipping fee for return and reshipment for size adjustments will be borne by the customer (return shipping prepaid or return shipping cash on delivery).

Generally, the product will be produced after the order is placed, and it will take about 2 weeks to 1 month for delivery. If you have any questions about the arrival date, please feel free to contact us.

Production may be delayed due to the artist's circumstances (such as holding a solo exhibition or a period of concentrated orders). In that case, we will inform you of the delivery date again.

The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Even after the warranty period has expired, we will provide free after-sales services such as polishing and simple repairs (the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the product).

Please note that additional repair costs may be required for damage or breakage caused by negligence or damage that is not expected under normal use.
