Payment Methods

If you place an order from overseas and choose a payment method only available in Japan, your order will be cancelled.

Credit Card Payments

VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX (American Express), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal are accepted.

Payment Deadline

If payment is not received within 7 days after we send the order confirmation email, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order. If you contact us stating that you cannot make the payment by the deadline, we will extend the payment deadline or take other appropriate measures.

Shipping Time & Transfer Fees

Bank transfer payments are prepayment. We will ship the product after confirming your payment. If the product is out of stock or custom-made, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Also, please bear the transfer fees. Transfer fees vary depending on the financial institution, time of use, and service, so please confirm at the time of transfer.
For custom-made products with many size and color options, production may begin after payment is received. In such cases, we will inform you in the order confirmation email we send. Paidy (Japan Only)

This is a post-payment service that can be used with just an email address and mobile phone number, requiring no prior registration or credit card.

With Paidy, you pay for all your purchases for the month in one go the following month.

• An invoice for confirmed charges will be issued on the 1st of the following month, after the end of the current month, and sent via email/SMS (short message) by the 5th (no paper invoices are issued).
• If you use the Paidy app, you can pay at Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop, and Seicomart.
• If you do not have the Paidy app, please pay at FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, or Seicomart using the "payment acceptance number" sent via email and SMS at the beginning of the following month after your usage.
• Payment methods include convenience store payment (via terminals), bank transfer, and account direct debit (automatic withdrawal from a bank account).
• The payment due date for convenience store payments and bank transfers is by the 27th. For account direct debit, the withdrawal will be on the 27th (or the next business day if the 27th is a financial institution holiday).
• Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the transfer fee is borne by the customer. For account direct debit, no payment fee is incurred.
• If you wish to pay by account direct debit, you need to download the Paidy app and register your bank account.

Cash on Delivery (Japan Only)

Shipping Carrier

Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Cash on Delivery is a payment method where you pay the product price directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of the item.

Regarding Order Cancellations for Cash on Delivery

If you contact us to cancel your order before the product is shipped, no cancellation fee will be incurred. However, for semi-custom (e.g., name engraving) and custom-made items, order cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun, so please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding Returns for Cash on Delivery

Returns for items shipped via cash on delivery can only be processed after you have paid the product amount to the driver and received the item. After that, please contact us and return the item to us "freight prepaid".

The refund amount will be the amount paid via cash on delivery minus any refund-related costs such as transfer fees.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the product. Although the return shipping costs and bank transfer fees for the refund will be borne by the customer, we will process the return. However, please be aware that we cannot accept returns for semi-custom items (e.g., name engraving), custom-made items, or items explicitly stated as "non-returnable."

Cash on Delivery Fees

The payment processing fees for cash on delivery are as follows:

The payment processing fee varies depending on the total payment amount, including the fee.
Due to system specifications, the cash on delivery fee is not added at the time of order. Therefore, we will correct and inform you of the final amount in the order confirmation email we send after your order.

If you order mail delivery items with Cash on Delivery

Separate courier shipping fees and cash on delivery fees will be required, and we will correct and inform you of the final amount in the order confirmation email we send after your order.

Regarding a few malicious cases (e.g., refusal to accept semi-custom, custom-made, or high-value items)

Although some customers may find this message unpleasant, we appreciate your understanding as it is for the purpose of preventing problems.
