haru nomura Plant-dyed artist Haruka Nomura Natural dyed linen bag “Travel bag” Wine red [HNB-001-WIN]
[Made to order] Due to the increase in orders, delivery time is approximately 3 months.
A one-of-a-kind "shape" that can only be created from natural materials. Plant dyeing artist Haruka Nomura dyes a variety of items in natural colors, from small wood beads to reliable, sturdy bags.
Mr. Nomura started making things with vegetable dyes after meeting Masaaki Aoki, a hand dyer who sells his products at our store.
Vegetable dyeing involves boiling down natural dyes such as madder, pomegranate, and logwood, and even if dyed under the same conditions, the resulting dye will be slightly different depending on the weather and mood that day.
Another characteristic of vegetable dyeing is that the color changes as it is used. Mr. Nomura's desire to create something warm, as if breathing with someone's life, and even the fading of colors remains engraved as a memory, is also reflected in Nomura's desire to do so.
The artist Nomura's thoughts on "color" born from nature, and the work of giving form to them. Each one of them becomes Mr. Nomura's work, which has a warm, nostalgic atmosphere, and travels, breathes, and grows with someone.

We also offer a pre-dyed unbleached type that gives you a solid feel of the material.
``It makes me want to get on my bike and go on a leisurely trip...'' This light cross-body bag made of 100% linen was born from the concept of having a stylish and atmospheric atmosphere.
Not only can it be dyed, but it can also be dyed with natural plants. A deep wine red that resembles red wine, dyed with a natural dye called madder. It has a calming color that has been mordanted with iron.
We also recommend using it as a backpack or tote bag. When you're traveling and have a lot of luggage, you can store the things you need in this shoulder bag, which is more convenient than having to manage everything in a large bag.

It has a gusset and can hold your luggage securely.
*The uncut flap is also hard. Please be careful not to get caught when wearing knitwear, etc.
The functions are also simple. It is fastened with just two snap buttons, and you can feel the "lightness" theme here as well.
There is a slightly larger pocket on the inside, which is convenient for separating small items in your luggage.
Capacity for approximately two 2 liter plastic bottles.
It's tall enough to fit A4 size paper, and has a gusset so you can also fit lunch boxes and water bottles. You can also put a change of clothes at the gym or a thin cardigan to protect yourself from the cold.
The slightly dyed original tag is also attractive.
Perfect for short outings or as a travel companion. A durable and natural shoulder bag that you'll want to use every day. |
Wearing (female: 156cm)
A basic silhouette. Since it is originally a soft material, it changes shape depending on what you put in it, creating an atmosphere that fits your body.
The shoulder part is designed with a thick design, giving it an attractive fitted silhouette. Perfect for active and casual styles.
It is a deep and calm wine red, but the elegance of the color itself and the unevenness of natural dyeing make this item stand out.
Why not buy handmade, plant-dyed items for yourself, or as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Respect for the Aged Day, etc.
