Leather workshop PARLEY produces simple yet striking leather products in their own workshop in Nerima, Tokyo, using carefully selected, high-quality leather materials and the artisanal techniques that bring out the texture of the material.

The leather materials used are from excellent Japanese tanners, such as Tochigi Leather, Japan's top manufacturer of full vegetable tanned leather, and Fujioka Yukichi Honten, which has a 120-year history of tanning deerskin.

The leather materials used are diverse, including saddle leather and tanned leather for horse tack, fine-grained and soft-to-the-touch deerskin, and Finnish elk leather with its unique elasticity.

The key case "ELK" is made from the leather of the rare "Finnish elk" that lives mainly in Northern Europe.

"ELK" is a series that uses leather from moose that live mainly in Northern Europe. Unlike the moose called "elk" in the Americas, this series uses rare leather from the wild moose of Finland, the "Finnish Elk."

The elk leather used in this key case is about 4mm thick, and has a moist, clingy feel that is not found in conventional leather products. It is so soft despite its thickness that you will want to rest your cheek against it.

This product is made from the leather of wild moose hunted for food in Finland.

Since we use natural leather, there may be animal-specific scars, wrinkles, and blood vessel marks (blood streaks) on the surface of the leather. Even if dyed with the same dye, there will be individual differences in color. Please understand and acknowledge that this is a characteristic of natural leather and the individuality of each piece.

Leather is vulnerable to rain and sweat, so if it gets wet, please allow it to dry naturally. If you use it while it is wet, the color may fade or transfer. We recommend storing it in a well-ventilated place.
