The colors available are two tasteful colors: gray and navy.
The gray fabric is woven with indigo rope-dyed No. 30 thread for the warp, the same as jeans, and white and heathered gray No. 30 thread for the weft. The navy fabric has an indigo rope-dyed warp and charcoal gray and heathered gray weft. Both are woven from three colors of thread, resulting in a more complex and deeper color than typical chambray fabrics.
The theme is "Work Vintage" |

As this shirt has a "work vintage" theme, it goes well with work pants or chinos. The silhouette is slightly slim, so if you pair it with slightly wide pants, you can add a smart impression to the casual look. The fabric is stone bio-treated, giving it a supple and tasteful vintage look.
■ What is Stone Bio Processing? This is a fabric processing method that combines Bio Wash, which uses bacteria to attack the fabric and remove the color, and Stone Wash, which uses pumice to wash the fabric. Stone Wash creates creases in the thick parts of the fabric, giving it a used look. Bio Wash also causes the color to fade slightly overall, removes fuzziness from the surface, and gives the fabric a pleasant feel and a soft texture.
Subtly sprinkled with thoughtful details |
Fabric expansion
Left pocket for easy pen insertion
Side panels and sleeves with three-color stitching
Three-tone chain stitching hanging down the hem
Graphzero logo on the inside of the collar
At first glance, the design is simple, but on closer inspection, you'll notice subtle "work vintage" details. The left pocket corner is slanted to make it easier to insert a pen. The side panels have been altered to improve the fit.
The armholes, sleeves and yoke areas, which are subject to stress, are triple-stitched. Green, white and red threads are used for the bobbin threads in these stitching areas, and by folding back the sleeves, you can see the three-color stitching.
The chain stitch threads hanging down on both sides of the hem are a detail seen on vintage flannel shirts. They are a remnant of the time when the threads were left uncut after sewing, and are one of the design points. They are left a little long, so you can cut them to your liking.
