About Mail Service: Delivered to Mailbox - Cash on Delivery Not Available
At Craft Cafe WEB Store, we set "mail delivery possible" or "delivery service only" for each product.
Mail service is delivered to your mailbox. While you cannot specify a delivery time, you can receive it even when you are not home.
If the delivery method is mail service, cash on delivery payment is not possible.
If you select mail service for cash on delivery payment, we will add and adjust the delivery service fee and cash on delivery handling fee.
Cash on delivery handling fees vary depending on the total payment amount.

If you change a mail service delivery item to delivery service, delivery service fees will be required.
For international shipping, separate actual shipping costs will be charged regardless of the purchase amount. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the package.

Delivery Date and Time Specification (Time specification not possible for mail service)
Delivery time can be specified as 【Morning】【14:00-16:00】【16:00-18:00】【18:00-20:00】【19:00-21:00】.
If you have a preferred date and time, please feel free to let us know in the comment section when placing your order.
Your order will be shipped from Kyoto.
Please note that depending on stock availability and your delivery address, we may not be able to deliver at your requested time.
Mail service is delivered to your mailbox, so delivery time cannot be specified.
For international shipping, delivery date and time cannot be specified.
Shipping and Handling for Multiple Purchases
If you order multiple items with separate shipping fees to the same delivery address, the shipping fee will be for one item.
If some items in your order are out of stock, we may ship the available items first.
In such cases, we will deliver the subsequently shipped items free of charge.
If you order items with separate shipping fees and items with free shipping at the same time, shipping will be free.
For mail service items, if the number of items ordered exceeds the standard size for mail service, we may deliver by delivery service. In this case, you will not be charged any additional delivery service fees, so please rest assured.
Refusal to Receive / Long-Term Absence After Shipping
If you refuse to receive an item without prior notice before shipment, or if you are absent for a long period and do not contact us about reshipment, this will result in actual monetary loss (at least round-trip shipping costs, debt collection fees, labor costs, packaging material costs, the full product price for semi-custom or custom-made items, and lost sales opportunities for limited-time or seasonal products, etc.).
If you refuse to receive an item after shipment without prior cancellation notification, we will request payment for shipping costs, etc., through a debt collection agency, so please be sure to contact us for cancellation before shipment (for semi-custom or custom-made items, cancellation may not be accepted if production has already begun).
