"SAIFUKU" is a brand based on the concept of "snow country knit," creating knit items inspired by the nature and daily life of the snowy region of Niigata. Taking the natural beauty of Niigata as the starting point of their designs, they give form to the wisdom born from the harshness of the snow country through their knitwear.

SAIFUKU is produced by the company of the same name, a specialized knit manufacturer in Gosen City, Niigata, which has been crafting products since 1963. Blessed with abundant, high-quality water, Gosen City has flourished as a silk weaving production hub since the mid-Edo period, and developed into a major cluster for the knit industry after the war. By adopting the company name as their brand, they continue to refine their knitting techniques and ideas, drawing on the know-how passed down through the region.

The "226" (Tsutsumu) series, based on the concept of "wrapping people and their lives in knitwear for comfortable, humor-filled days," is a series that joyfully wraps not only the body but also everyday items in knit.

The collection features items brimming with clever, fun ideas, such as the "Visible Haramaki" (belly warmer) that lets you enjoy the look of layered outfits, spray covers that stylishly wrap bulky spray bottles, wrist warmers that peek out from your cuffs as an accent color, and knit detachable collars that warmly wrap around your neck.

The body width is not too tight, featuring a slightly rounded silhouette that tapers gently toward the hem.
There is a difference of about 6cm in length between the front and back, giving it a sleek look from the front.
