SAIFUKU -snow country knit-
新潟県五泉市のニットブランド 人と暮らしを楽しい工夫でつつむ 「SAIFUKU」（サイフク）は、「snow country knit」をコンセプトとし、雪国新潟の自然と暮らしから着想したニットアイテムを手がけるブランド。新潟の自然の美しさをデザインの原点とし、厳しい雪国だからこそ生まれる知恵をニットとしてかたちにされています。
「SAIFUKU」を手がけるのは、新潟県五泉市にて、1963年からニット専業メーカーとしてものづくりを手がけるサイフクさん。五泉市は良質で豊富な水に恵まれ、江戸時代中期から絹織物の産地として栄え、戦後はニット産業の一大集積地として発展。社名をブランドとして掲げ、産地に受け継がれてきたノウハウとともに、ニットづくりの技術とアイディアを磨き続けています。
