Launching in spring 2024, "WE ARE ONE" is a bag brand created by Mitsutoshi Nakayama, designer of the leather brand "RE.ACT." In collaboration with a sewing factory in Kojima, Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, Japan's leading jeans production area, the brand offers one-of-a-kind products made with carefully selected materials and advanced technology.

In making the bags, we select the production area, materials, quality, and functionality from among many different factors, including the know-how we have cultivated up to now, the historical background, and the needs of the times. We make the most of the characteristics of the materials, such as denim fabric that reproduces the "Levi's S501XX war model" jeans produced during World War II, canvas fabric woven on a shuttle loom that has been used for many years in Kojima, Kurashiki City, and Italian leather that becomes more flavorful the more it is used, and our craftsmen carefully sew each bag by hand.

The brand name "WE ARE ONE" embodies our desire to create unique products that bring together producers, sellers, and buyers.

Available in two basic colors

A war model with firm and resilient 13.5oz denim fabric.

The origin of modern jeans is the Levi's S501XX war model.

The clothes were made by disassembling and analyzing old clothes from over 70 years ago, paying particular attention to the composition of the threads and the number of twists of the yarn. The cotton used is American cotton. Although the color of the cotton itself is now mainly produced by breeding cotton with a whiter color, the cotton is blended to reproduce the creamy (dull) color of the cotton from that time.
It is a darker indigo color than regular and does not contain any additives such as sulfide.

Its large capacity makes it suitable for a wide range of situations, from everyday use to trips of up to two or three nights.

There is a pocket (17 x 17 cm) in the center of the inside where you can store small items such as a smartphone.

The handle is made of Alaska leather and is available in two colors: natural and black.
It has a moist texture and fits comfortably in your hand.

Copper rivets for natural, antique silver for black.
Like denim and leather, it will age and develop a unique texture the more you use it.

-About Alaska Leather-

This artistic shoulder leather is manufactured by La Perla Azzurra in Italy and features a waxed silver surface.

It has a slightly soft texture due to the natural embossing (shrink) and oil treatment, but the fibers are denser when pressed during the back-processing process, giving it a firm finish.

The wax on the surface of the leather gives it a whitish appearance, expressing the material's theme of the "snowy mountains of Alaska." The more you use it, the more the wax penetrates into the leather, and the white wax melts away, revealing the natural color of the leather along with its luster.

It features eight pockets around the outside, allowing you to neatly organize your items and make them easy to take in and out.
