For orders from outside Japan, we ask that you pay by credit card or PayPal.Credit card payment

Payment Deadline
If you do not make the payment within 7 days after we send you the order confirmation email, we may have to cancel your order. If you contact us to inform us that you will not be able to make the payment within the deadline, we will take measures such as extending the payment deadline.
Shipping time and transfer fee
Payment by bank transfer must be made in advance. We will ship the product after confirming your payment. If the product is not in stock or is made to order, we will ship it as soon as it arrives.
Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees. Bank transfer fees vary depending on the financial institution, time of day, and service, so please check the fees at the time of transfer.

The shipping company is Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Cash on delivery is a payment method where you pay the product price to the driver when the product arrives.
Cancellation of cash on delivery orders
If you contact us to cancel your order before the product is shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, please note that for semi-custom products (such as name engraving) and custom-made products, we cannot accept order cancellations until production has begun.
Regarding cash on delivery returns
For returns after shipping by cash on delivery, please pay the product price to the driver and receive the product. After that, please contact us and return the product to us with the shipping fee prepaid.
The amount of the refund will be the amount you paid minus the bank transfer fee and other costs associated with the refund.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the item. We will accommodate your request, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and the bank transfer fees for the refund. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of semi-custom items (such as items with names engraved on them), custom-made items, or items marked as "non-returnable."

The payment fees for cash on delivery are as follows:

The transaction fee varies depending on the total payment amount including the fee.
Due to system specifications, the COD fee will not be added at the time of ordering, so we will correct it and inform you in the order confirmation email that we will send you after you place your order.
