Launching in spring 2024, "WE ARE ONE" is a bag brand created by Mitsutoshi Nakayama, designer of the leather brand "RE.ACT." In collaboration with a sewing factory in Kojima, Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, Japan's leading jeans production area, the brand offers one-of-a-kind products made with carefully selected materials and advanced technology.

In making the bags, we select the production area, materials, quality, and functionality from among many different factors, including the know-how we have cultivated up to now, the historical background, and the needs of the times. Making the most of the characteristics of the materials, such as canvas fabric woven on a shuttle loom that has been used for many years in Kojima, Kurashiki, and Italian leather that becomes more beautiful with use, our craftsmen carefully sew each bag by hand.

The brand name "WE ARE ONE" expresses our desire to create unique products that unite producers, sellers, and buyers. We deliver high-quality products that are only possible in a "MADE IN JAPAN" environment, products that you will grow to love the more you spend time with them.

The canvas is woven at a high density to give it a fluffy texture. It is then paraffin-treated to give it a unique firmness, and the secondary washer and bio-processing process gives it a vintage texture. It is also dyed with direct dyes, so you can enjoy the changes that occur over time in the canvas.

The handle is made of TEMPESTI Texas leather.
The natural version has copper rivets, the purple version has antique silver rivets, and the dark brown version has gold rivets. The canvas, leather, and rivets all change over time, improving their appearance the more you use them.

-About Texas Leather-

This is a single-padded vegetable tanned leather with hairline finish (straight buff finish) manufactured by TEMPESTI in Italy.

By applying a hairline finish to "ELBAMATT," a representative leather produced by the tannery, it has become a leather that has a linear texture and an oily yet matte feel.

In addition, the leather used is a single butt, a part of the cow that runs from the back to the buttocks and is packed with fiber. It is soaked in plenty of oil using the 'Vacchetta' method, giving it a chewy yet soft texture.

This leather is vegetable tanned and dyed, so the more you use it, the more the color will develop and the more luster that is unique to buffed leather will appear, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time (aging).

There is a pocket (17 x 18 cm) in the center of the inside where you can store small items such as a smartphone.
