For orders from outside Japan, please pay by credit card or PayPal. If you select a payment method only available in Japan, your order will be cancelled.Credit Card Payment

Payment Deadline
If payment is not received within 7 days of sending our order confirmation email, we may unfortunately cancel your order. If you contact us stating that you are unable to make the payment by the deadline, we will extend the payment deadline or make other arrangements.
Shipping Time and Transfer Fees
Bank transfer payments are pre-payments. We will ship the product after confirming your payment. If the product is out of stock or custom-made, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that the transfer fee is to be borne by the customer. Transfer fees vary depending on the financial institution, time of use, and service, so please confirm when making the transfer.
For custom-made products with many size and color options, production may begin after payment is received. In such cases, we will inform you in the order confirmation email that we send to you. Paidy (Japan only)
This is a post-payment service that does not require prior registration or a credit card, and can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number.
- An invoice for the monthly confirmed amount will be issued on the 1st of the following month, with a cutoff at the end of the month, and you will be notified by email/SMS (short message) by the 5th.
- Payment methods include convenience store payment (via terminal at convenience stores), bank transfer, and automatic bank withdrawal (automatic debit from your bank account).
- The payment due date is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For automatic bank withdrawal, it will be debited on the 27th (or the next business day if the financial institution is closed).
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (bill). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the transfer fee is to be borne by the customer. For automatic bank withdrawal, no payment fee is incurred.

Cash on Delivery (Japan only)
Shipping Carrier
Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Cash on delivery is a payment method where you pay the product price directly to the driver upon product arrival.
Cancellation of Cash on Delivery Orders
If you contact us to cancel your order before the product is shipped, no cancellation fee will be incurred. However, for semi-custom (e.g., with name engraving) or custom-made products, we cannot accept order cancellations unless production has not yet begun, so please be aware of this in advance.
Returns for Cash on Delivery Orders
For returns of items shipped via cash on delivery, you must first pay the product price to the driver and receive the product. Afterwards, please contact us and then return the product to us via "freight prepaid" (customer pays shipping).
The refund amount will be the amount paid via cash on delivery minus bank transfer fees and other costs associated with the refund.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the product. While the return shipping cost and refund transfer fees will be borne by the customer, we will process the return. However, please be aware that we cannot accept returns for semi-custom (e.g., with name engraving) or custom-made products, or products explicitly marked as "non-returnable."
Cash on Delivery Fees
The payment fees for cash on delivery are as follows:

Payment fees vary depending on the total payment amount, including the fee.
Due to system specifications, the cash on delivery fee is not added at the time of order, so we will correct and inform you in the order confirmation email we send after your order.
If you order mail-order products via cash on delivery:

Regarding some malicious cases (e.g., refusal to accept semi-custom, custom-made, or high-value items)
Although the wording may be unpleasant for some customers, we kindly ask for your understanding to prevent trouble.
