- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package (product and packing materials) and the destination. Click the "Proceed to payment" button.
- Select your payment method and enter the necessary information. Then click the "Pay now" button.
- Double-check your email address and shipping address, then click the "Complete order" button. Your order details will then be sent to craftcafe.

About ordering items with different delivery times simultaneously
If you order items with different delivery times simultaneously, all ordered items will be shipped together once they are all available.
It is possible to ship in-stock items first, but additional shipping costs will apply.
Returns (due to customer's convenience)
Returns will only be accepted within one week of product arrival, provided the item is unused and all accessories, such as the box, are complete.
Cancellations after production has started and returns after arrival are not accepted for semi-custom orders such as engraving, made-to-order products, or products marked "No returns accepted" on the product page.
The refundable amount will be the product price. Shipping costs incurred are not refundable.
Please check the return conditions and send us an email requesting a return. We will guide you through the return procedure via email.
After the returned item arrives, we will check its condition and, if there are no problems, we will refund the payment amount excluding shipping costs.
