"Mino" is a poncho brand born in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's leading knitwear production areas, inspired by the "mino" raincoat, a traditional winter garment worn in snowy regions.

"Mino" is made by Saifuku, a manufacturer that has been making products specializing in knitwear since 1963. Gosen City is blessed with abundant, high-quality water and has flourished as a silk textile production area since the mid-Edo period, and after the war developed into a major center for the knitwear industry. They continue to hone their knitwear techniques and ideas, along with the know-how that has been passed down in the production area.

"Nico" is a rectangular knitted poncho with two holes on either end for your hands to fit through. In addition to being worn as a poncho, it can also be worn around the neck as a stole.

The length of the cut is approximately 16cm.

It feels smooth to the touch. Washi paper is more absorbent than cotton or silk and absorbs sweat quickly. It also dries quickly, making it ideal for humid and sweaty seasons.

If you fold it up, roll it up, and keep it in your bag, it can also be used as a quick item to regulate your body temperature.

The material used is 57% washi paper and 43% polyester thread.
Washi paper is more absorbent than cotton or silk, so it absorbs sweat quickly. It also dries quickly, making it ideal for humid or sweaty seasons.
The amount of polyester included makes it more durable and less likely to wrinkle or lose its shape.

It can be washed in your home washing machine.
It is hard to be damaged or wrinkled even after washing, so you can simply spread it out and hang it to dry after washing. Even if you sweat, it is easy to wash.
