Its flagship product, the "Tadafusa Knife Studio" series, features an appealing straightforward lineup centered around "the basic three" - Santoku, Petty, and Bread knives. The blades feature a three-layer structure with excellent sharpness and rust resistance, while the handles are made of antibacterial carbonized wood, providing the warmth of natural wood.
