Vol.3 I'm glad I bought it! Staff favorite item / Mizufujinsha TE | TE BLACK Imabari towel handkerchief

We have put together a selection of items that the staff at Craft Cafe thought were great and still use every day.
We will introduce the actual feel of the products and our favorite points in the form of a review. If there is a product that interests you, be sure to check it out!

Mizufujinsha Imabari Towel Handkerchief TE|TE / TE|TE BLACK

About 80% of the staff bought one.

The "TE | TE" handkerchief was born from the towel creation project "SUIFUTOSHA," which is being undertaken by Imabari towel artisans in Ehime Prefecture's Imabari workshop Oriza, which produces stoles and scarves.

Its slim size makes it easy to fit in your pocket, and it's made with a double layer of smooth gauze on the outside and soft organic cotton on the inside. The "gauze and pile weave" keeps the thickness down, achieving both a gentle feel and absorbency.

It meets the strict standards of the Imabari Towel brand and maintains its softness even after washing. It's so comfortable to use that about 80% of the staff at Craft Cafe couldn't help but buy it.

Great for gifting or using

Staff T (Operator) | Usage history: Approximately 3 months (used once or twice a week)

Duration and occasions of use

I've been using it ever since I saw it at the Kobo Oriza exhibition this summer. It's been about three months now. At first, I thought I'd only use it in the summer, but before I knew it, I was carrying it every day, regardless of the season. I always have it in my pocket or bag when I commute to work or go out, and it's become something I can't help but feel uneasy without.

The reason why I wanted it

When I first saw it, I thought, "This color scheme is really stylish," and was immediately drawn to it. I also like how it's not square, but has a slightly elongated shape, which is unusual. It doesn't bulge when you put it in your pocket, and I like how it looks smart when you hold it.

It seemed like they had thought carefully not only about the design but also about ease of use, so I thought I'd like to try it out.

Favorite points

The one I'm using now is black. Its muted color blends naturally with autumn and winter outfits. It's not too flashy, nor too plain, and can be easily matched with any outfit, making it truly versatile. It's also highly absorbent, making it extremely comfortable to use for wiping sweat or wiping your hands. It's compact yet reliable.

If it were any bigger it would be difficult to fit in your pocket, but the current shape is ideal as it's easy to carry around. The tag's position and size are just right, so it doesn't bother me. It really is just right.

After washing

I wash it about once a week, and it's still in great condition after three months of use. It's still fluffy and doesn't feel worn out at all. It dries quickly, so if I wash it in the morning and hang it out to dry, it's completely dry by night, which is great. The fabric is sturdy, so I think it will last a long time.

Recommended for:

Both black and bright colors are easy to wear regardless of gender. Among them, black is especially recommended for men and businessmen. It has a simple and clean look and blends naturally with a suit.

On the other hand, the bright colors are perfect for women and those who enjoy fashion. They are light and seasonal, and just holding them brightens your mood. All the colors are so beautiful that it's hard to decide which one to choose (lol).

The price is reasonable, so it's perfect as a small thank you gift or present.

It's not too flashy, but it's an item that lifts your spirits when you have it. Because it's something you use every day, choosing a handkerchief that's a little high-quality and helps you feel good makes a difference.
