Cash on Delivery Fee
The payment processing fees for cash on delivery are as follows:
Amount Cash on Delivery Fee ~10,000 yen 330 yen (tax included) 10,001 yen~30,000 yen 440 yen (tax included) 30,001 yen~100,000 yen 660 yen (tax included)
The payment processing fee changes depending on the total payment amount, including the fee.
Due to system specifications, the cash on delivery fee is not added at the time of order. We will correct and inform you of the revised amount in the order confirmation email we send after your order. -
When ordering mail-delivery eligible items with cash on delivery
Separate delivery shipping fees and cash on delivery fees will be required, and we will correct and inform you of the revised amount in the order confirmation email we send after your order.

About Shipping

Free shipping on purchases of 3,980 yen (tax included) or more (domestic Japan delivery, limited to our designated shipping methods)

Shipping fee (delivery service: 660 yen including tax (Hokkaido/Okinawa: 1,210 yen including tax))

Mail delivery: 275 yen including tax (flat rate nationwide)

If you change a mail-delivery eligible item to delivery service, delivery service shipping fees will apply.

If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, delivery service will be used, and delivery service shipping fees will be required. In this case, we will inform you in the order confirmation email we send after your order.
About Delivery Time

Many of our products are made to order, so please check the product page for delivery times.

For in-stock items, orders placed by 14:00 will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day (excluding bank transfer payments).

About Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations after production begins and returns after arrival are not accepted for semi-custom orders such as engravings, certain made-to-order products (rings/apparel available in many sizes/colors), and products indicated as "no returns accepted" on the product page.
About Size Exchange
Exchange period: Within 1 week of product arrival
For the first size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to us, and we will cover the shipping cost for resending the item from us.
For subsequent size exchanges (second time onwards), the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
If the desired item for size exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
For size adjustments/exchanges of made-to-order products, it may take time for re-production.
