If you are ordering from outside Japan, please choose to pay by credit card or PayPal.
Shipping Method
All overseas shipments will be made via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping fees are determined by the destination and the weight of the package. Please see here for the EMS rate table.
How to order
- On the product page, select the color, size, quantity, etc., and click "ADD TO CART." If you want to order additional products, click "Continue Shopping" and proceed to that page.
- Select your items, review your cart, and check out.
- Please enter the required information such as your name and email address.
- Please confirm the information you entered and click the "Proceed to Shipping Procedure" button.
- Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the item (including packaging materials) and the destination. Click the "Proceed to payment" button.
- Select your payment method, enter the required details, then click the "Pay Now" button.
- Please double check your email address and address and click the "Complete Order" button. Your order will then be sent to craftcafe.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place an order, but if special fees such as remote delivery fees apply, we will charge you the additional fees.
About customs duties
The sales price does not include import taxes, VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, etc.
If import taxes, VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, etc. are incurred depending on the country or region of delivery, please pay them.
Regarding returns (for customer reasons)
We will accept returns only if the item is unused and complete with box and other accessories within one week of receipt.
Semi-custom orders such as engraving, made-to-order items, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be cancelled after production has begun or returned after delivery.
The refundable amount is the price of the product. Shipping charges incurred for shipping are non-refundable.
Please check the terms and conditions for returns and send an email to our store with your return request. We will send you an email regarding the return procedure.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will check the condition of the merchandise and if there are no problems, we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
In the case of payment by credit card, we will cancel the charge for the price of the product, excluding shipping costs incurred for shipping.
In the case of payment by PayPal, we will refund to your account the amount of the product price excluding shipping costs incurred for shipping.
About declaring the price of goods
It is necessary to declare the product price when shipping internationally. Since under-reporting of prices is subject to penalties, we cannot respond to requests for under-reporting of prices.
In addition, we ship goods overseas as “Sale of goods”. Shipping “Sale of goods” as “gift” or “product sample” is subject to penalties.
