about shipping cost
- ・Free shipping for purchases of 3,980 yen or more (tax included) (limited to domestic shipping in Japan and shipping methods specified by our store)
- ・Shipping fee (Courier delivery: 660 yen including tax (1,210 yen including tax for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
- ・Mail delivery: 275 yen (tax included) (nationwide flat rate)
- ・If you change your mail delivery item to delivery by courier, you will be charged the courier delivery fee.
- ・If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, or if you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, your order will be delivered by courier, so you will need to pay a courier delivery fee. In this case, we will inform you of the cost in the order confirmation email we will send you after you place your order.
Delivery time
- Many of our products are made to order, so please check the product page for delivery times.
- Products in stock at our store will be shipped on the same day if ordered before 3pm, and on the next business day if ordered after 3pm.
- Delivery times for ordered items may vary depending on order status and the creator's event participation.
- Please feel free to contact us regarding stock availability and delivery times.
Returns and cancellations

- Returns and exchanges at our discretion: Cash on delivery *We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or products with missing accessories.

- For semi-custom orders such as engraving, some made-to-order products (such as rings and clothing items that are available in a wide range of sizes and colors), and products that state "No returns" on the product page, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun or returns after the product has arrived.
About size exchange

- For the first size exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to our store (return shipping costs must be paid in advance), and we will cover the shipping costs for re-shipment from our store.
- From the second time onwards, customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we will refund your money.
- If you need to modify or exchange a made-to-order product, it may take some time to re-produce it.

To customers who have not received emails from our store
For customers who use mobile phones, smartphones, or free email services, there are some things we would like to confirm before contacting us to say, "I haven't received emails from our store."
We respond to orders and email inquiries within 1-2 business days (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon holidays, and New Year holidays).
