Cash on delivery fee
The payment fees for cash on delivery are as follows:
Amount Cash on delivery fee Up to 10,000 yen 330 yen including tax 10,001 yen to 30,000 yen 440 yen including tax 30,001 yen to 100,000 yen 660 yen including tax
The settlement fee varies depending on the total payment amount including the fee.
Due to the system specifications, the COD fee will not be added at the time of ordering, so we will correct it and inform you in the order confirmation email that we will send you after you place your order. -
If you order a product delivered by mail via cash on delivery
Courier delivery charges and cash on delivery fees will be charged separately , and we will inform you of these in the order confirmation email we will send you after you place your order.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 3,980 yen (tax included) (limited to domestic shipping within Japan and shipping methods specified by our store)

Shipping fee (Courier delivery: 660 yen including tax (1,210 yen including tax for Hokkaido and Okinawa)

Mail delivery: 275 yen (tax included) (nationwide flat rate)

If you change your mail delivery item to courier delivery, you will be charged the courier delivery fee.

If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, or if you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, your order will be delivered by courier, so you will need to pay a courier shipping fee. In this case, we will inform you of this in the order confirmation email we will send you after you place your order.
About delivery time (For orders within Japan)

Many of our products are made to order, so please check the product page for delivery times.

If an item is in stock at our store, it will be shipped on the same day if ordered before 2pm, and on the next business day if ordered after 2pm (excluding payments made by bank transfer).

The delivery time for ordered items may vary depending on the order status and the creator's event participation.

Returns and cancellations

Returns and exchanges at our discretion: Returns must be made by cash on delivery. *We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or have missing accessories.

We cannot accept cancellations after production has begun or returns after delivery for semi-custom orders such as engraving, some made-to-order products (such as rings and clothing that come in a wide range of sizes and colors), and products that state "No returns" on the product page.
About size exchanges
Exchange deadline: Within one week of receiving the product
For the first size exchange, the cost of returning the item to our store will be borne by the customer (return shipping will be prepaid), and we will cover the shipping costs for re-shipping the item from our store.
For the second or subsequent size exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we will refund you.
If you need to change or exchange the size of a made-to-order product, it may take some time to re-produce it.
If your custom-made ring doesn't fit, we can adjust the size. If you're unsure about the size, please use our free ring gauge rental service .
To customers who have not received emails from our store
For customers who use mobile phones, smartphones, or free email addresses, there are some things we would like to ask you to check before contacting us to say, "I'm not receiving emails from our store."
We will respond to orders and email inquiries within 1-2 business days (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, and New Year's holidays).
