About Mail Service: Delivery to Your Mailbox / Cash on Delivery Not Available
At Craft Cafe, we set the shipping method for each product as either "Mail Service" or "Courier Service Only."
Mail Service (Yamato Transport Nekopos and Japan Post Yu-Packet) delivers directly to your mailbox. You cannot specify a delivery time, but you can receive your package even if you are not home.
If you purchase multiple items shipped via Mail Service and the combined package size exceeds the Mail Service limits, it will be shipped via courier service. In this case, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
If the shipping method is Mail Service, you cannot pay by cash on delivery.
If you select Mail Service but choose to pay by cash on delivery, the courier shipping fee and cash on delivery fee will be added and the total adjusted.
The cash on delivery fee varies depending on the total payment amount.
About Cash on Delivery (Japan Only)

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the item will be shipped via courier service instead of Mail Service, so a courier shipping fee will apply even for purchases of ¥3,980 or more including tax.
If you change the shipping method for Mail Service items to courier service, a courier shipping fee will apply.
For international shipping, an additional actual shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase amount. The shipping fee varies depending on the destination country and total package weight.

Delivery Date and Time Selection (Delivery time cannot be specified for Mail Service)
For courier service, you can specify the following delivery times: 【Morning】【14:00–16:00】【16:00–18:00】【18:00–20:00】【19:00–21:00】.
If you would like to specify a date and time, please feel free to let us know in the comments section when placing your order.
Your order will be shipped from Kyoto.
Please note that depending on stock availability and your delivery address, we may not be able to deliver at your requested date and time.
Mail Service delivers directly to your mailbox, so the delivery time cannot be specified.
For international shipping, we cannot accept requests to specify the arrival date and time.
Shipping Fees and Shipping for Multiple Purchases
If you order multiple items with separate shipping fees to a single delivery address, you will only be charged the shipping fee for one item.
If any items in your order are out of stock, we may ship the available items first.
In this case, the remaining items will be shipped free of charge.
If you order items with separate shipping fees and free shipping items at the same time, shipping will be free.
If the quantity of Mail Service items exceeds the Mail Service size limits, we may deliver them via courier service. In this case, no additional courier shipping fee will be charged, so please rest assured.
Refusal of Delivery and Long-Term Absence After Shipping
If you refuse delivery without prior notice before the item is shipped, or if you are away for an extended period and do not contact us regarding redelivery, we will incur actual financial losses (including at least the round-trip shipping fee, debt collection fees, labor costs, packaging materials, the full product price in the case of semi-custom or custom-made items, and lost sales opportunities in the case of time-limited or seasonal items, etc.).
If you refuse delivery after the item has been shipped without prior cancellation notice, we will charge the shipping fees and other costs through a debt collection agency, so please be sure to contact us to cancel before the item is shipped (for semi-custom or custom-made items, we may not be able to accept cancellation if production has already begun).
