"Broom Craft" is a brand established in 2020 by Shinkai Sangyo, a company that has been manufacturing palm fiber ropes in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture for many years, with the aim of passing down their inherited techniques to the future.

While cherishing traditional natural materials, artisans meticulously craft each tool to seamlessly integrate into modern lifestyles.

This trivet is handcrafted by carefully wrapping palm fiber rope around a wooden core, resulting in a simple yet sturdy construction. It features the deep color unique to natural materials and a plump, donut-like shape.

It's perfect for carrying earthen pots, small pots, kettles, teapots, and other items directly to the dining table. When not in use, it can be hung on a hook for storage, blending naturally into your kitchen decor even when left out.

Since natural materials are used, some fiber dust may appear when first used, but this will gradually settle with continued use.

Please choose a size that allows your pot or cooking utensil to sit stably. If the base of your pot is significantly smaller than the trivet, please check for stability before use.

As this is a natural material, if it gets wet, please dry it thoroughly before storing. Also, do not use or store it near open flames or direct heat.
