graphzero is a denim brand by artisans from Kurashiki Kojima, known as one of Japan's leading jeans production towns.

From graphzero comes a vintage-inspired shirt made from graphzero's original denim fabric, based on officer shirts from the 1960s and 70s.

An officer shirt is a shirt mainly worn by officers in the British military. As it was for military officers, it has an elegant and refined silhouette.

The fabric is 8oz denim with a "warakatto embroidery" fireworks pattern.
It features a soft and comfortable denim with a stippled floral pattern.

"Warakatto embroidery" is a unique technology developed by Miki Shishu Kogei Co., Ltd., an embroidery processing manufacturer located in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

Unlike regular embroidery where patterns are sewn with threads, this "threadless embroidery" technique uses a special blade to cut only the warp threads of the fabric one by one into the shape of the pattern, making the design stand out.

After the warakatto embroidery, a washing process is applied, causing only the cut warp threads to shrink, making the pattern appear three-dimensional.

The collar, placket, cuffs, and pocket flaps are made of plain denim, adding contrast to the shirt.
