AramaRoots Inc.'s brand "naturama" offers silver accessories designed by Kyoto-based artist, Shisato Kato. Since the establishment of her workshop, her concept has been "creating treasures for someone," and she produces her works by envisioning the smiles of her customers.

"Arama" means "my soul" in the indigenous Ainu language. Kato's works are imbued with a spiritual sensibility nurtured in Izumo, the "Land of the Gods" where she was born, and in Kyoto Nishiyama, the land of the Bamboo Cutter legend. Her diverse style includes nature-inspired designs, those with intricate mechanisms, designs incorporating Kyo-Yuzen patterns, and those combining different materials such as habu snake skin.
