At Craft Cafe Web Main Store, we have set options for each product as "Delivery by mail available" or "Delivery by courier only".
Mail delivery is by post. You cannot specify a delivery time, but you can receive it even if you are not at home.
If the delivery method is mail delivery, payment by cash on delivery is not available.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery and have your item delivered by mail, the delivery fee and cash on delivery fee will be added or adjusted.
Cash on delivery fees vary depending on the total payment amount.

If you pay by cash on delivery, your order will be delivered by courier rather than by mail, so you will be charged the courier delivery fee even if your purchase is over 3,980 yen (tax included).
If you change your mail delivery item to courier delivery , you will be charged the courier delivery fee.
For overseas shipping, shipping costs will be charged separately regardless of the purchase amount. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the package.

Delivery time can be specified between the following times: [Morning], [2:00pm - 4:00pm], [4:00pm - 6:00pm], [6:00pm - 8:00pm], and [7:00pm - 9:00pm].
If you have a specific date and time preference, please let us know in the comments section when ordering.
Your ordered items will be shipped from Kyoto.
Please note that depending on stock availability and delivery address, we may not be able to deliver your order on the date and time you request.

Since mail delivery is by post, delivery time cannot be specified.
For overseas shipments, we cannot accept requests for specific arrival dates and times.

If you order multiple items with separate shipping charges for one delivery address, the shipping charge will be the same as for one item.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we may ship out the remaining items first.
In this case, we will ship the item later free of charge.
If you order a product with separate shipping charges and a product with free shipping at the same time, shipping will be free.
For products shipped by mail, if the order exceeds the standard size for mail delivery, depending on the quantity ordered, we may deliver the product by courier. In this case, there will be no additional courier delivery charges, so please rest assured.

If you refuse to accept the product without contacting us before it is shipped, or if you are absent for an extended period of time and do not contact us about reshipping, we will incur substantial monetary losses (at least the round-trip shipping costs, debt collection fees, labor costs, packaging materials, the full product price in the case of semi-order or made-to-order products, and lost sales opportunities in the case of limited-time or seasonal products).
If you do not contact us in advance to cancel and you refuse to receive the product after it has been shipped, we will have to charge you shipping fees etc. through a debt collection agency, so please be sure to contact us to cancel before the product is shipped (in the case of semi-custom or custom-made products, we may not be able to accept a cancellation if production has already begun).
