Customers using mobile phones and smartphones
You may not receive emails from us if you have set your email settings to reject emails from computers or email addresses other than those specified.
Even if you have permission to receive emails from your computer, you may not receive emails from us depending on the amount of text.
Unless the cause is an incorrect email address, if emails cannot be received due to settings on your mobile carrier or device, we will not receive any error emails or other notifications.

In order to respond promptly, please also include your name and phone number in your inquiry email.
Customers using free email and computers
If you use a free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail, emails from our store may be automatically sorted into a folder such as the "spam folder" or, in rare cases, the email itself may be automatically deleted.
Before contacting us, please make sure to check your spam folder to make sure our email has not been sent to your email address.
