| Common jeans are around 13 to 14 ounces of fabric, but this model uses thick and sturdy 16 ounces of original denim fabric. This heavy fabric is sewn with thick cotton thread (#0 and #6, colors are yellow and orange) to create a model with a strong and rustic craft feel. At a sewing factory in Kojima, which is said to have top-class technology, it is sewn using a vintage "Union Special" (1 million high-end sewing machines made in the United States). In this way, in order to reproduce genuine vintage jeans, we follow the same production method as when jeans were born. Based on the history of jeans, which were born as work pants, this model pursues toughness in both fabric and stitching, and in the sense that it can be used for a long time, it also contains the idea of ecological manufacturing proposed by Graph Zero. |

| The back pocket has a deformed cross stitch with extra thick 00 thread. This stitching is done by a rare sewing machine, of which there are only a few in Kojima, the home of domestic jeans. It's a solid 16 oz fabric, but it's woven with a soft texture, and the one-wash process makes it durable and comfortable to wear at the same time. If you look at the enlarged fabric, you can clearly see that it has a faint stripe pattern. The 16-ounce fabric is woven using an old-fashioned shuttle loom (power loom). The fabric is not processed to prevent shrinkage or twisting, nor is it singed to remove fluff. Gray fabric is prone to kinking, but because it is not pre-shrunk, it has excellent elasticity, and the more you wear it, the more it fits your body. The pocket sleek (bag cloth) uses an original fabric printed with the parts list of the vintage American industrial sewing machine "Union Special". |
