Masaaki Watanabe of Watanabe Studio is a watchmaker who meticulously handcrafts each wristwatch in his studio located in downtown Tokyo. He has produced numerous watch creations brimming with the distinctive charm and warmth unique to handmade items.

Mr. Watanabe personally handles every step, from crafting individual watch components like the case, dial, and strap, to their final assembly.

　 With a glass case everywhere except the dial, you can enjoy the movement of the hand-wound mechanism.

A warm hand-wound wristwatch that allows you to observe the movement marking time with a "chichichi..." sound! While hand-wound watches are less accurate than quartz watches, you can truly appreciate the accumulated ingenuity in how the mainspring drives the movement.

This watch features a skeleton design, with glass everywhere except the dial, allowing you to enjoy the movement of the hand-wound mechanism. The "nabe" and "Handwinding" plates also serve as subtle accents.
Furthermore, this watch features a skeleton case back. It's a unique timepiece that allows you to enjoy the movement even when flipped over, setting it apart from ordinary hand-wound watches.

With a case diameter of approximately 36mm, it has a substantial presence. As a silver model, its design is versatile for both business and casual wear. This watch embodies a simple design, high quality, and the warmth and charm unique to handmade craftsmanship.

The silver case makes it easy to pair with both casual and business attire.

Winding the internal mainspring fully with the crown keeps it running for 1 to 1.5 days.

It develops a more antique feel as it is used.

Featuring a see-through back, you can enjoy the movement from both sides.

The hands are Mercedes hands treated with luminous paint.
After being exposed to light, they glow in the dark, providing excellent visibility at night.

　 The strap is made from high-quality cowhide leather.

With a thickness of approximately 4mm, it has a significant presence.

The strap is made from high-quality cowhide leather, with a thickness of approximately 4mm, giving it a strong presence. I believe very few mass-produced watches in the same price range feature such high-quality and distinctive leather straps.

Due to being custom-made, production is almost entirely by order, so delivery may take some time. However, this watch is well worth the wait. It is a timepiece filled with remarkable individuality and warmth, making it ideal for personal use or as a gift. It is sure to be a memorable present.

　 You can choose from 8 strap colors: Black, Brown, Camel (light brown), Nume (light beige), White, Red, Khaki (olive green), and Navy.

As this is a made-to-order product, please allow 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery. Production tends to take longer during gift seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and White Day. If you are considering it as a gift, we kindly ask you to take the delivery time into consideration when placing your order.

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. However, only internal malfunctions are covered by the warranty; external parts such as the case and strap are not covered.

The color of eyelets and buckles may change depending on the color of the case and strap. We kindly ask for your understanding that this is one of the characteristics and charms of handmade watches.

It is not waterproof, so please be careful when working in the rain or near water.

Please be careful not to overwind the mainspring, as it can cause it to break.

The second hand of a hand-wound watch does not stop when setting the time.
