Returns and exchanges due to our responsibility
If the delivered item is incorrect or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to contact us in advance. After confirming the situation, we will exchange it for a new item at our shipping expense.
If you wish to return an item due to our responsibility, we will promptly refund you, bearing the processing fees for the refund. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item has been damaged, accessories lost, or soiled by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges due to customer convenience

Size Exchange
For the first exchange, the return shipping cost to us will be borne by the customer, and the re-shipment cost from us will be borne by us. For size exchanges from the second time onwards, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
