在以生產毛巾和其他棉織物而聞名的愛媛縣今治市，Kobo Oriza 使用老式織機製作充滿創意的披肩和圍巾。在時間緩慢流淌、綠意盎然的今治市山區，公司追求充分利用其獨特編織技術的製造。
領導織里工房的武田正俊是一名工程師，在毛巾製造商工作了近 40 年，還擔任過工廠經理。隨著海外廉價毛巾的興起，我工作的毛巾廠取消了生產部門，開始只銷售毛巾。
其中，“波動編織”消聲器採用了少見的柔波設計。將經線和緯線綁在一起的稱為mojiri編織的方法會產生難以移動且不會塌陷的波浪圖案。對於這種編織，他因“在昭和初期通過操縱復古織機開發了世界上第一個'垂直和水平yoroke mojiri編織'和原創產品，獲得了“第三屆日本製造大獎，經濟產業大臣獎” 。”。
還有各種各樣的顏色和形狀，例如用天然染料染色的植物染色披肩和可以以 8 種不同方式使用的棉帽。
用傳統技術創造的物品正逐漸融入現代時尚。人和傳統交織在一起，就像線一樣…… Kobo Oriza 創造的產品似乎是一座連接現在和過去的橋樑。
