Payment Methods

For orders from outside Japan, please select either Credit Card or PayPal.

Shipping Methods

Shipments to North America (USA, Canada) are handled by DHL, while shipments to other countries are sent via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping costs are determined by the destination and the weight of the package. Please check the EMS rate table here.

You can also track EMS delivery status on the websites of overseas postal services. Sometimes data is reflected there faster, so please feel free to use it.

How to Order

1. On the product page, select the color, size, quantity, etc., and click "ADD TO CART." If you wish to order additional items, click "Continue Shopping" and proceed to the relevant pages.
2. Once you have selected your items and checked the cart, please proceed to checkout.
3. Enter the necessary information such as your name and email address.
4. After verifying the details you have entered, click the "Proceed to shipping" button.
5. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the package (including product and packing materials) and the destination. Click the "Continue to payment" button.
6. Select your payment method and enter the required information. Then, click the "Pay now" button.
7. Verify your email address and address one last time, then click the "Complete order" button. Your order details will then be sent to Craft Cafe.

About Customs Duties

If customs duties, VAT, or other customs handling fees are incurred, please make the necessary payments based on the laws of the destination country or region.

Methods for paying customs duties vary by destination. You can find information regarding customs duties, handling fees, and payment methods by asking AI services such as ChatGPT or Gemini.

Alternatively, if you contact us with the product name and destination country, we can look up approximate duties and fees for you.

Please be aware that the final customs duties and fees are determined by the customs authorities or the delivery carrier in the destination country. Please note in advance that the figures provided by AI or our shop may differ from the final charges.

* Regarding the repeal of the US duty-free exemption

As of August 29, 2025, the duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 has been repealed, meaning you will need to pay customs duties upon receipt of the package. Please be aware of this in advance.

* You can get an approximate estimate of customs duties, VAT, handling fees, and payment methods by asking AI services like ChatGPT or Gemini. However, please note that AI responses may not always be up-to-date.

Ordering Items with Different Delivery Times

If you order items with different delivery times at the same time, we will ship your order once all items are ready.

While it is possible to ship in-stock items separately, additional shipping costs will be charged.

Returns (Due to circumstances on the customer's end)

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, includes all original accessories/boxes, and is received by us within one week of delivery.

Customized items (such as those with engravings) or made-to-order products, as well as items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page, cannot be cancelled after production has begun or returned after arrival.

Refunds are limited to the product price. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Please confirm the return conditions and send us an email requesting a return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

After we receive the returned item, we will check its condition. If there are no issues, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

For credit card payments, we will cancel the charge for the product price (excluding shipping).

For PayPal payments, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping) to your account.

About Size Exchanges for Clothing (Excluding Made-to-Order Items)

We will accommodate size exchanges only if the item is returned within one week of delivery, is unused, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

If the shipping address is overseas, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging items due to size issues. We will provide separate instructions regarding payment for the shipping costs associated with reshipping from our store.

Declaring Product Values

For international shipments, we are required to declare the value of the goods. Undervaluing goods is subject to legal penalties, so we cannot accommodate requests to declare a lower value.

Additionally, products are shipped as "commercial goods." Declaring "commercial goods" as "gifts" or "samples" is also subject to penalties.
