If you would like your item wrapped, please enter "I would like wrapping" or "I would like a message card" in the comments section (free-form comment field) on the screen where you add the item to your cart.

[About gift wrapping]
Gift wrapping is available free of charge.
We will wrap your ordered items in a gift wrapping bag according to their size and shape (some items may be wrapped in wrapping paper).
Depending on the size and quantity of the items you order, we may not be able to provide wrapping.
If you order multiple items, we will generally combine all the items into one package.
If you would like multiple items individually wrapped, please let us know in the comments section (free-form comment field) on the screen where you add the items to your cart.
If you order a large number of small items such as socks and would like them individually wrapped, we may not be able to accommodate individual wrapping.
The color and material of the ribbon and wrapping may change depending on the availability of packaging materials.
[About message cards]
If you would like a message card, please write your message in the comments section (free-form text field) when placing your order.
The message will be handwritten by our staff.
The message card is business card sized and the design will vary depending on stock availability.
You can write a message as long as it fits on a business card.
If you would like to write your own message by hand, you can also order the card only. In that case, please write "Card only" in the comments section.

■Do you have any shopping bags?
We currently do not have carrier bags available.
■Will it arrive in a way that reveals the sender's name?
Yes, we will write the sender's name on the shipping label before shipping.
We will also include a card with the sender's name on it (which reads, "We are delivering the product requested by Mr./Ms. ●●").
■Are items with known prices included?
Please rest assured that we will not enclose any invoices showing the price or tags with the amount written on them.
■Do you handle large amounts of gifts, such as wedding favors?
Yes, we can.
Please contact us first as we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the product's stock status.
Additionally, there may be an additional charge for individual wrapping depending on the product price and quantity.
■Does it support hotlines?
We also provide a home delivery service.
If you do not specify the inscription or name, we will write "Congratulations" on the gift and deliver it without any name inscription.
