Payment deadline
If payment is not received within 7 days of our order confirmation email, we may unfortunately cancel your order. However, if you contact us to inform us that you will be unable to make payment by the deadline, we will be happy to extend the payment period.
Shipping time and bank transfer fees
Bank transfer payments are made in advance. We will ship the goods after confirming your payment. If the item is out of stock or made-to-order, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Also, please note that the bank transfer fee is to be borne by the customer. The bank transfer fee varies depending on the financial institution, time of day, and service used, so please check at the time of transfer.
For made-to-order products with many size and color options, production may begin after payment is received. We will inform you of this in the order confirmation email we send. Cash on delivery
Shipping company / Transportation company
The shipping service will be Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Cash on delivery is a payment method where you pay the driver the product price upon delivery.
Regarding cancellation of orders placed with cash on delivery.
If you contact us to cancel your order before the product is shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, please note that for semi-custom products (such as those with personalized names) and custom-made products, we cannot accept order cancellations unless they are made before production begins.
Regarding returns via cash on delivery.
For returns after shipment via cash on delivery, you must first pay the product price to the driver and receive the product. After that, please contact us and then return the product to our store at your own expense.
The refund amount will be the amount you paid via cash on delivery, minus any fees associated with the refund, such as bank transfer fees.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We will accept your return, however, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any bank transfer fees associated with the refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for semi-custom items (items with names or other personalized details), custom-made items, or items marked "Non-returnable."
Cash on delivery fee
The payment processing fee for cash on delivery is as follows:

The payment processing fee varies depending on the total amount paid, including the fee.
Due to system limitations, the cash on delivery fee is not added at the time of ordering. We will correct this and inform you in the order confirmation email that we will send to you after you place your order.
If you order a product that is delivered via mail-order service and choose cash on delivery.
Shipping costs and cash on delivery fees will be charged separately , and we will notify you of the corrected amount in the order confirmation email that we will send after you place your order.
Regarding a small number of malicious cases (such as refusal to accept semi-custom items, made-to-order items, or high-priced items).
