“Tezomeya” is a dyeing workshop in Kyoto that pursues dyeing with natural dyes. Natural dyes such as madder, pomegranate, yashabushi, gobaishi, and indigo are used to create simple monochromatic dyes, but the colors are complex and ambiguous, and the indescribably gentle colors are attractive. .
A stall made of 100% Japanese paper has appeared from such a hand-dyed shop. Japanese paper! ? can't you break it? There may be some people who are worried about it. However, it is said that "silk lasts for 100 years, and Japanese paper for 1000 years", so Japanese paper is actually a strong material.
The characteristics of Japanese paper are that it is lightweight, breathable, water-absorbing, and has excellent wicking properties, as well as deodorizing and antibacterial effects. This washi material, which is full of good things, has been made into a stole with vivid colors by the hands of a hand-dyeing shop. Since it is paper, the color of plants is firmly contained and it is very beautiful. You can choose from a wide range of 9 colors.
