Founded here in the spring of 2004, Graph Zero is a denim brand that has gained attention for its original jeans, which are hand-dyed and faded in a way that is not profitable for major brands.

Graph Zero began when current CEO Tetsuya Suzuki, who was born into a fabric store in Kojima, Kurashiki, approached local jeans craftsmen and asked them, "Why don't we create a denim brand originating from Kojima?" In response to the proposal, members with extensive knowledge of jeans-making, from fabrics to sewing, dyeing, and processing, came together and Graph Zero was born.

Graph Zero, which was started with 800,000 yen pooled together by the members, began to attract attention, especially from jeans enthusiasts, due to its rarity and high design. Less than two years after the brand was founded, it was featured prominently in fashion magazines, on television and radio, as well as in industry publications such as Nikkei MJ (Nikkei Distribution Newspaper) and Senken Shimbun.

The brand name "Graph Zero" embodies the idea of "starting manufacturing from the zero point of the graph." The members, who are at the very top of the jeans production process, are the first to know the latest trends in jeans and are working on cutting-edge manufacturing. In addition to original jeans that exude the character and depth that can only be achieved by artisans' handiwork, they also produce a steady stream of classic denim, T-shirts, and tops that are made with the utmost care in materials and stitching.

The graphzero original engraved emblem is a special design based on the vintage iron, which is the symbol of the brand.

The leather used is "Chrome Excel Leather" made by Horween in the United States. It is made using a traditional method developed over 100 years ago, and is still made with great care today.

Chrome Excel is a pull-up leather made by slowly soaking raw hides in a special oil blend of more than four types of oil, including beef tallow, beeswax, vegetable oil, and fish oil, over a long period of time.

This manufacturing method allows the leather to contain plenty of oil, giving it a moist texture, a heavy feel, and a feel that clings to your hand. The longer you use it, the more you can enjoy the change in color of the "brown core" over time, as it changes color with folds and bends.

It is truly a type of leather that develops its own character the more you use it.
