We came up with these solutions.

We make every effort to secure stock, but if an item is out of stock, it may take up to one month to produce and receive it. If we have to wait longer than that, we will notify you of the delivery date.

Please be sure to check the size of your smartphone before purchasing. Even if it is less than 15cm in height and 10.5cm in width, the opening may not close completely depending on the thickness. (We recommend a size of 14.7cm in height or less.)

This product can be hand washed. Due to the nature of the material, it may shrink slightly. After washing, adjust the shape and hang to dry.
